The Recruitment Process

The aim of this course is to ease the global vision of the participants in a situation of recruitment and to define the main issues that relate to recruitment in the context of a company. It deals with the methods of decision-making in situations of recruitment and with the parameters that influence it. It stresses the importance of learning interview techniques and of mastering them, so as to manage the interview in a professional and well-informed way. The description of the legal aspects of recruitment are dealt with, in order to carry out one’s mission in compliance with the law.
