How to Write an Individual Employment Contract

An employment contract consists in an agreement between two parties who convene that one of them will provide work to the other against payment. This includes, for instance, the employees’ obligation to provide the expected work and their right to paid vacation, or the employer’s obligation to pay the expected wages and social insurances contributions, and to reimburse professional expenses.
