The exit interview is an important process, as it allows detecting the causes that led a collaborator to leave the company. Analyzing the data provided by the collaborator can thus help enhancing the work climate or the company’s products and services. It may thus be seen as an opportunity to improve one’s positioning on the jobs market.

There are indeed cases, in which the company cannot compete nor change its policies. However, when the departure is linked to such elements as e.g. too low wages, an inadequate timetable or a spiteful supervisor, those may be dealt with so as to make the company more competitive on the work market.
