Assertiveness represents the ideal attitude in every difficult situation, in particular  when dealing with conflicts. This course addresses the eternal attitudes of attack or flight in front of problems, as as manipulation, so as to outmatch them and  learn how to assert oneself while respecting others. It also addresses the numerous obstacles and constraints that limit the development of assertiveness and which, once surmounted, will leave room to a greater openness, both to one’s needs and preoccupations and to those of others.
